Le récit de filiation: perspectives.

The Institute of Romance Philology at the University of Gdańsk and ERTA (Laboratory of research on modern French-language literature) cordially invite to Gdańsk to once again look into the problem of contemporary French literature. The conference fits in with the continuation of the project initiated by Professor Jerzy Lis from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

We have the honor to inform you that the guest of honor of the session in March 2019 will be Mr. Dominique Viart. An essayist, critic, honorary member of the Institut Universitaire de France and professor at the University of Paris Nanterre. Dominique Viart together with Jean-Marc Moura created in 2013 the l'Observatoire des écritures contemporaines, a reference research laboratory. It was Dominique Viart who introduced contemporary literature to academic research. Published in 2005, together with Bruno Vercier, the position of La Littérature française au présent (Bordas) is a compulsory copy at every university today. Recall that in 2019 we celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the publication of the article "Filiations littéraires", in which Dominique Viart described the appearance of the species that he proposed to name. «Le récit de filiation».

The event is supported by the French Institute in Poland - Faculty of Science and University Cooperation.
