The people of Gdańsk remember him as an open politician, who valued dialogue and multiculturalism. They know how our city has changed thanks to his vision and consistency. New roads, housing estates, museums, investments. - Gdańsk is his monument - summed up councillor Andrzej Stelmasiewicz in an interview.
