The Centre for Student and Doctoral Activities and the UG Communication and Promotion Centre invite the entire academic community to participate in a campaign to collect needed items for local shelters. Donations can be brought to cardboard boxes placed in many University of Gdańsk buildings (in Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot) and other places supporting the campaign.
The ‘Dajemy w łapę!’ campaign supports local shelters:
- Promyk in Gdańsk
- Sopotkowo in Sopot
- Ciapkowo in Gdynia
What are we collecting for the dogs?
- High-energy wet food: Dolina Noteci, Rocco, Wiejska Zagroda
- Dry food: Britt, Purina Pro Plan, Wiejska Zagroda, Josera
- Veterinary food: Gastrointestinal Low Fat, Gastrointestinal
- Supplements: joint preparations, Bio Protect, Immunodol, Carnitine, Geriativet
What are we collecting for cats?
- Dry food: Josera, Royal Canin BabyCat, Kitten, Britt
- Wet food: Animonda, Cosma, Felix, Gourmet (pate), BabyCat, Kitten
- Hygiene pads
In addition, we accept:
- Blankets, towels, bedding
- Leashes and collars
Cartons, where you can bring your donations, are located in many University of Gdańsk buildings throughout Tricity. This year, Gdynia Pubs have also joined the campaign, which is why you can also find the cartons in places such as Pif Paf, Mefisto, Konstelacja, Wehikuł, Horns Restaurant, or Małpi Pub.
