Around 300 researchers and people of culture from around the globe will participate in CIEF Congress, the largest francophone organization in the world. "Solidqrités francophones" – The Solidarity of Francophones will be a theme of the event. The participants will discuss different forms of solidarity within French-speaking countries along the years, focusing on post-colonial topic.
