In December 2022, an English version of a book by prof. Bogusław Górka of the Faculty of History at the University of Gdańsk entitled The Jesuit's Struggle with the Communist Secret Service was published. The title of the Polish edition is Autopsja lustracji t.w. "Janiszewski".

The book was reviewed by prof. Piotr Franaszek of the Jagiellonian University vetting service and reviewed by former SB Capt. Stanisław Wieczorek of Wrocław.

In the monograph, prof. Bogusław Górka verified the scientific vetting carried out on the Jesuit Stefan Filipowicz in 2006 by prof. Ryszard Terlecki. Based on thorough and erudite analyses, he cleared the Jesuit of the charge of collaboration with the SB. Both files of the 'secret collaborator' (personal and work) are published in the appendix of the publication.

On the sidelines of mainstream research, the author reveals the customs prevailing in the SB in the 1960s. The book is an important contribution to the recent history of Poland, but also the history and pragmatics of the SB in the People's Republic of Poland.

Apart from historians, the book will be accessible to, for example, representatives of secret services from all over the world.
