Theatrical Backstage meeting with Lampart

Another part of the Backstage series is hosted by the Brikolaż Theatre Studies Club. This time the guests will be Jolanta Sikorska and Mariusz Karpowicz from the Gdańsk-based Lampart Association, which promotes theatre activities.

The Lampart Association was established over two years ago on the initiative of Jolanta Sikorska and operates as a public benefit organisation. It runs art workshops, promoting theatre-making, especially in rural areas. It also runs an Amateur Theatre Platform, where theatre amateurs can share information about their activities. The Association has also created the Lampart Theatre, which with its plays has visited the stages of Wejherowo, Kartuzy, Wrocław, Legnica and Dębno. During the pandemic, the Association records radio plays and audiobooks, including Sherlock Holmes, a radio play Czekoladki based on a script by Bożena Kupis-Kucharska.

As part of the Backstage series on April 26, 2021, the guests of the online conversation will be Jolanta Sikorska and Mariusz Karpowicz from the Lampart Association, who will talk about the Association's activities. In the second part of the meeting, questions from the audience are planned.

The meeting will take place on April 26 (Monday) at 18.30 via Microsoft Teams. Moderator: Monika Chybowska and Kinga Wyderka (3rd year students of Theatre Studies).
