Recruitment for the 3rd edition of the DKMS Foundation Scientific Grant has started

The Scientific Grant of the DKMS Foundation is aimed at young scientists who focus their research work on transplant immunology and haematology, experimental, clinical, as well as diagnostic, therapeutic and hematopoietic cell donation issues. Recruitment for the 3rd edition of the programme lasts until 30 June 2021.

The mission of the DKMS Foundation is to find a donor of hematopoietic cells for every patient in need of transplantation.

Scope of research

Research may concern various fields of basic as well as clinical sciences in the scope of: transplantation immunology and haematology, experimental, clinical, as well as including diagnostic, therapeutic issues and those related to the donation of hematopoietic cells

This year's competition was divided into two separate categories:

  • Basic research - grant amount: PLN 200 000.
  • Clinical research - grant amount: PLN 200 000.

One winning project will be selected in each of these categories.

The application should be filled in and its scan, together with signed regulations, sent to the following e-mail address: edukacja@dkms.pl. Recruitment lasts until June 30, 2021. Results will be announced in September 2021.
