How to achieve your professional and personal goals? How to motivate yourself to start planning your time better? How to regain balance between professional and private life? One of the answers is the ability to properly manage one's time, which will be discussed during the next edition of the training in the 'Hey student (doctoral student), be active!' series by mgr Magdalena Iwanowska, a social psychologist from the WNS UG.
The Students' Parliament of the University of Gdańsk launches the next edition of the training aimed at students and doctoral students of the University of Gdańsk. This time there is an opportunity to improve your time management.
The training will take place on March 31, 2022, at 15.00 in the building at ul. Wita Stwosza 58 in room 132.
The main aim of the training will be to inspire you to live according to the work-life balance principle, in which the aim is to find a balance between work and private life. During the meeting, we will learn tools and methods for effective time management, we will learn how to set and achieve personal and professional goals, and we will learn how to plan time and set priorities for our activities.
The training will be conducted by mgr Magdalena Iwanowska, a social psychologist, employed at the Department of Economic and Organisational Psychology of the Institute of Psychology, University of Gdańsk, where she conducts lectures and workshops in the field of psychology of media, public relations and marketing. For more than five years, she has also been involved in the organisation and promotion of scientific and popular events and supports third sector organisations in the area of communication, brand strategy building and practical use of technology.
