To Whom It May Concern,

Based on information received from the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health, among others, I would like to inform you that:

1. Academic teachers employed at the university have been classified as group 1C.
2. The expected start time of vaccination for this group is March/April 2021.
3. No firm decisions have yet been made on how the university will be able to transfer lists of those willing to be vaccinated
4. If the University is allowed to transfer abovementioned academic teachers will be free to choose vaccination on a general basis or implemented with support from the University according to what they consider to be more beneficial.
5. Vaccinating teachers prior to e.g. oncological patients will be considered a breach of the National Vaccination Programme and will be penalised.
