Cooperation and International Relations Office invites all employees of Uniwersytet Gdański to participate in the two-day training course 'Inclusivity and Diversity Management', delivered as part of the NAWA project 'Baltic Welcome Hub - Your Gateway to Academia and Global Collaboration' run by Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej under the 'Welcome to Poland' programme.

The training will demonstrate how to create a work and learning environment in which differences become a source of collaboration and development rather than barriers. Participants will gain practical tools to support communication, cooperation, and inclusivity in diverse academic teams. The sessions will be conducted in a workshop format during working hours and are fully aligned with the staff development policy of the University of Gdańsk.

The proposed training reflects the DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) approach, thereby enhancing the quality of research and education and strengthening the university’s international profile. It will be delivered in a workshop format using engaging methods, interactive exercises, case studies, and both individual and group work.

Priority will be given to individuals who have not previously participated in training delivered as part of the above-mentioned project.
