A virtual fair village, networking, consultations with employers and many opportunities to start a career - these and many other events are waiting for the participants of Career Days organised by AIESEC.
- 'As Career Days for over 25 years, we create a platform that connects the academic world with the best employers in Poland. Due to the epidemiological situation, the spring edition of the event will be held in an ONLINE formula. On April 9th we want the participants to have the opportunity to find a job, internship or traineeship in Gdańsk,' - say the organizers of the event.
During the event, participants will be able to take part in an hour-long presentation of a selected company, during which they will have the opportunity to get to know their future employer and learn more about the development opportunities it offers. There is also a possibility of individual talks with representatives of a given company on job offers. Such consultations will be an ideal opportunity to learn about the company's advertisements and to talk to recruiters about the recruitment process.
- 'Our event is an opportunity to meet with employers and gain information about career paths in major Polish companies, learn about the current situation on the labour market, gain information on the competencies and skills that are required for specific positions, as well as take advantage of the advice of our counsellors on your CV,' - encourage you to participate the organizers. - 'Career Days are organised by students for students and graduates. As your peers, we know your needs best and we want you to take the opportunity to build a direct relationship with an employer, compare multiple offers and choose the most suitable one. Our goal is to build a platform that connects the business world with the academic world,' - they add.
