The Women in Tech Days 2021 festival organised by the Perspektywy Educational Foundation on May 26th and 27th means training, workshops, enrolment for internships, apprenticeships, mentoring programmes and scholarships. - 'The event is not only to inspire young women and strengthen their motivation when taking their first steps in the tech world but also to provide them with knowledge of excellent substantive quality,' - announce the organizers.
The event is addressed mainly to female students of technology and science. - '"Perspektywy" Foundation aims to support women who have decided to make a career in the world of modern technology, by providing them with the best substantive knowledge and inspiring them as well as educational and career advice,' - says dr Bianka Siwińska, head of Perspektywy Foundation.
The online festival on May 26-27, 2021 will include workshops on technical and soft skills (non-technical - related to management, teamwork, interpersonal skills, communication, etc.), individual meetings with mentors - employees of the best technology companies (including Standard Chartered, 3M, Intel, Fujitsu, Procter & Gamble, Luxoft) or career counselling, etc. The event will be attended by experts in the industry. The festival will take place online on the advanced event platform Swapcard.
