The high number of University of Gdańsk employees who have taken advantage of the vaccination programme against SARS-CoV-2 (91%) as well as students (81.2) and PhD students (87.8%) suggests that the organisation of education in the summer term should be similar to that in the winter term.
As a rule, classes will be held on a stationary basis, but deans, heads of doctoral studies and doctoral schools as well as heads of postgraduate studies will indicate those classes which, due to the number of participants and local conditions, will be held remotely.
These will primarily be lectures attended by a larger number of students and PhD students.
Details related to the timetable of classes at individual faculties taking into account e.g. the size of rooms and the nature of classes will soon appear on the websites of relevant units.
Please note that in the case of a high epidemic threat, the way classes are conducted may change.
Classes, as well as all scientific, sport and artistic events at the University, must still be conducted following the sanitary regime in force.
