'Sprawny staż', a paid internship programme dedicated to students and graduates with disabilities, has been launched. Large and respected companies, including Siemens Healthineers, Bayer and ERGO Hestia, have become involved in the project. The organiser of the initiative is the ERGO Hestia Integralia Group Foundation, which for 18 years has been supporting people with disabilities in their professional development. The University of Gdańsk has taken over the patronage of the project. Recruitment for the project has just begun and will last until May 15 this year.
The 'Sprawny staż' programme is designed to enable participants to gain valuable work experience with the best employers in Poland and to help them find a rewarding job in the future. All interns will take part in interesting projects, test their knowledge and skills in practice, and join an informed and supportive team of professionals.
The companies have prepared internships in the areas of:
- administration
- logistics
- IT
- HR
- law
- marketing
- finance
- data analysis
- sales support.
Internships will be remote, hybrid or onsite with the possibility of relocation! Some employers offer reimbursement of accommodation costs. The minimum gross salary for a full month is PLN 3,500. Each of the employers participating in the programme has defined its own requirements and scope of tasks during the internship. For the best candidates, there is a chance to continue their careers.
