Children's Day at the UG was very popular. The fun was not even hindered by the short-lived, although heavy, rain.
Inflatables, colourful tattoos and face painting attracted most children, who could also try their hand at martial arts with an instructor from 'Ultimate Aiki', a combination of Aikido and MMA.
The youngest children watched with interest a flamenco dancer, who amazed them with her skills and invited them to actively participate in her show. Even the torrential rain did not spoil the fun, interrupting it only for a moment. The fact that the staff at the stands spoke two languages, Polish and Ukrainian, was of great help.
- 'We are here with a group from the Elisabeth Sisters Kindergarten in Gdańsk. It's great that such attractions are organised. The children are really happy. They like everything, especially the inflatables and cotton candy,' - said the mother of one of the kindergarteners.
