During the ceremony, Aleksandra Dulkiewicz, Mayor of Gdańsk, and Leszek Bonna, Deputy Marshall of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, presented special awards to ten distinguished employees of the ECS. Among the awardees was dr Magdalena Staręga from the Department of Modern Art History at the UG.
