About UG's assistance to Ukraine in Times Higher Education

The Times Higher Education website published an article describing the assistance provided to Ukraine by the academic community of our University. The author is Dr Agnieszka Piotrowska, from the University of Gdańsk Film Centre.

– 'Every refugee from Ukraine gets what they need. Not only clothes and food but also books and toys. People bring so many gifts that it's hard to manage them all. It takes a lot of time,' - We can read in the article by dr Agnieszka Piotrowska about the help brought to Ukraine by students and employees of the University of Gdańsk.

In the text, the author describes the University's quick reaction to the Russian aggression, but also the experiences of our lecturer, Ukrainian dr hab. Marta Koval, prof. UG.

We invite you to read the article.
