PRZEMYSŁAW KONDRATOWICZ, A GRADUATE OF UG, HAS SUFFERED FROM CEREBRAL PALSY SINCE BIRTH. RECENTLY, WITH THE HELP OF HIS NOSE, HE HAS WRITTEN A BOOK.

Przemysław Kondratowicz is 41 years old. Since birth he has suffered from cerebral palsy and muscle tension, which is hard to control. He moves around in a wheelchair and, despite his illness, he drives tourists around Malbork castle in an electric melex. He recently published his first story. He is probably the only person in the world who has written a book with his nose.

Because of his illness, Przemysław Kondratowicz has problems with speaking. However, he is able to put his thoughts onto a computer keyboard using his nose. This is how a book entitled 'Under tension. A story straight from under the nose, which should not have happened".

'I decided to write the book because of the lack of a permanent job which would satisfy me', - Przemysław Kondratowicz told the PAP correspondent, via instant messenger.

He added that the book is about other people's mistakes, for which he and his family have borne the consequences for more than 40 years. 'The book also deals with the inability of my self-realisation due to living 'under pressure,' - he said.
