Think of yourself before Christmas. ACWP events

fot.

Christmas is not always an easy or pleasant time. It can also trigger a lot of difficult emotions in us, which is why we invite you to three events in the coming days and weeks to help you calm down and take care of yourself (with care for others).

  • The first is an Open Meeting: 'YOU ARE IMPORTANTX'.

When? 8.12.2022 (Thursday) at 5 pm

Where? Faculty of Social Sciences

On behalf of the Ars Amandi Scientific Club of Sexology and the UG Academic Psychological Support Centre, we invite you to a psycho-educational meeting with psychologist dr Agata Rudnik. Together we will talk about how to take care of your mental well-being, set boundaries and counteract stress. The event will be accompanied by the premiere of an educational brochure entitled. 'HEALTHY SPIRIT', which was created by members of NKS Ars Amandi.

More information about the event on Facebook

You will find the brochure on the day of the event on the NKS Ars Amandi website: https://nksarsamandi.ug.edu.pl/category/e-book-profilaktyka/

  • The second event is a Workshop - how to (finally) deal with stress?

When? 15.12.2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Thursday)

Where? Faculty of Social Sciences, Institute of Psychology, room C104

Max number of people: 12

We would like to invite UG Students to participate in a workshop on stress management. During the meeting, you will receive practical tips and tools to help you get through more difficult moments. The workshop will include mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises and visualisations.

Led by psychologists Emilia Ożgo and Joanna Hajduczenia.

To register for the workshop send an email to the Academic Psychological Support Centre: cwp@ug.edu.pl.

Sequence of applications decides! (We are planning further workshops soon, which we will keep you informed about).

  • The third event is an additional online psychological consultation via Skype (no prior registration required).

When? 19.12.2022 (Monday) from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Walk-in consultations last approximately 20-30 minutes - depending on availability, you do not need to sign up for them. Skype login: UG Psychological Support Centre
