Prof. UG, dr hab. Radosław Giętkowski and prof. UG, dr. hab. Grzegorz Wierczyński from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk have been elected members of the Disciplinary Commission at the National Council for Science and Higher Education Poland for the 2021-2024 term.

The National Council for Science and Higher Education Poland (RGNiSW), by the resolution of 8 October 2020, elected prof. UG, dr. hab. Radosław Giętkowski and prof. UG, dr. hab. Grzegorz Wierczyński, the sole representatives of the University of Gdańsk, as Members of the Disciplinary Commission at the Council, for the 2021-2024 term. The Disciplinary Commission at RGNiSW mostly investigates, at the first instance, serious disciplinary cases of academic teachers and all disciplinary cases of persons holding Rector’s post. The Commission is composed of 51 academic teachers. All Polish higher education institutions had opportunity to propose potential candidates.
