Prof. Adriana Zaleska-Medynska won the Intelligent Development Award Poland

Prof. dr hab. inż. Adriana Zaleska-Medynska from the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk won the Intelligent Development Award Poland 2020 in the ‘scientists of the future’ category, for carrying out three research projects. This prestigious, business and academic, award is a form of appreciation for innovations’ authors.

The Competition’s Jury awarded prof. dr hab. Adriana Zaleska-Medynska from the Department of Environmental Technology of the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Gdańsk for carrying out three research projects: „Mechanizm wzbudzania kropek kwantowych w reakcjach fotokatalitycznych” (Methods of activating quantum dots in photocatalysis), „Dezodoryzacja i dezynfekcja powietrza w obiektach gospodarki ściekowej” (Air deodorization and purification in wastewater management facilities) „Przestrzennie zorientowane struktury typu TiO2/MxOy otrzymywane metodą elektrochemiczną” (Spatially arranged TiO2/MxOy structures developed with an electrochemical method).

The Intelligent Development Award Poland is funded by the Intelligent Development Center, recognizing innovators and investors (individuals and organizations) who have been working for the benefit of society and industry. The award is a prestigious recognition for both academic and business communities.
