Creative debates, exchange of views, and approaching innovative solutions to social problems will be fostered by meetings of researchers during the 3rd Congress of Young Science at the University of Gdańsk. During the three-day event, young scientists will have the opportunity to present their research in dozens of panel discussions. The conference will also contribute to the development of new perspectives in scientific research.
The Congress of Young Science is an annual international scientific event that brings together young scientists from different disciplines. Its opening ceremony will take place on July 6, 2023, in the S208 Faculty of Social Sciences UG auditorium at 5:00 p.m.
The congress is under the Honorary Patronage of the Rector of the University of Gdańsk, Prof. Piotr Stepnowski, as well as the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the Pomeranian Governor and the Mayor of the City of Gdańsk.
The event is organised in partnership with Odessa's Ilya Mechnikov National University, and the University's Rector, Prof. Vyacheslav Truba, sits on the Scientific Committee. The Baltic Institute, the Gdańsk Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Gdańsk Scientific Society and the Centre for International Debate in Gdańsk are co-organisers. The event in terms of international cooperation received support from the National Agency for Academic Exchange. Congress media patrons include Gazeta Uniwersytecka Czasopismo społeczności Akademickiej (University Gazette), Czasopismo Progress (Progress magazine), Radio MORS and Forum Akademickie (Academic Forum).
