The European Solidarity Corps is an initiative of the European Commission addressed to young people and organisations willing to participate in solidarity actions in various areas: from helping the disadvantaged, through health and environmental actions, to humanitarian aid across the EU and beyond. The programme allows participants to gain invaluable experience and develop new skills. As part of the European Solidarity Corps, it is possible to go on a voluntary service abroad or to carry out a local solidarity project in Poland. ESC projects are a format that explicitly involves young people, allowing them to take solidarity action in important areas of society.
