The Slavic Creative Association is presenting its first academic publication. - 'It is the culmination of the 2nd International Scientific Conference Slavic Follies and Craziness, which took place on May 25, 2018, in Gdańsk. Here you will find articles from various fields - from linguistics to film studies, which undoubtedly open new research horizons,' - informs Monika Zekieć, Editor-in-Chief. - 'We are proud that we can present on the pages of our magazine texts written by talented young scientists, thanks to whom our conferences are full of colour and valuable content,' - she adds.
The publishers emphasise the difficulties related to the period of the pandemic, as well as the assistance of prof. dr hab. Krystyna Szcześniak from the Faculty of Philology, University of Gdańsk. They also promise to publish further volumes, and thus scientific articles.

These topics include the linguistic image of the Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla, the poet Tymoteusz Karpowicz, Stefcia Ćwiek - the Yugoslavian prototype of Bridget Jones, the image of a madwoman in the songs of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, and Polish literary works in which references to Don Quixote appeared.
