Cyprian Norwid The Wandering Prestidigitator is the title of an exhibition at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Gdańsk, which will be hosted at the university for a month.

The exhibition entitled 'The Wandering Prestidigitator Cyprian Norwid' was presented last year in the Senate of the Republic of Poland building, and now, from the 1st of March to the 30th of April, 2022, it will be on display thanks to the initiative of Bogdan Borusewicz, the Deputy Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, at the University of Gdańsk.

The exhibition is an excellent link between last year's Norwid Year celebrations and the current Year of Polish Romanticism. Its official opening will take place on February 28, 2022, at 12 p.m. in the main hall of the Faculty of Philology UG.

The programme includes an introduction by Bogdan Borusewicz, Deputy Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, the exhibition will be opened by prof. dr hab. Mirosław Przylipiak, Vice-Dean for Science and International Cooperation, and the commemorative lecture entitled Romantic and Contemporary Norwid will be delivered by dr hab. Zbigniew Kaźmierczyk, prof. UG from the Faculty of Philology.
