Dr hab. Joanna Sadkowska, prof. UG from the Department of Strategic Development of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk has been elected to the Scientific Council of the FaBeRNET Family Business Research Network for the 2024-2027 term.
FaBeRNet (Family Business Research Network) is an initiative to create a network of cooperation between scientists representing all Polish scientific centres involved in research on family business issues. On behalf of the University of Gdańsk, dr hab. Anna Nikodemska-Wołowik, prof. UG from the Faculty of Economics and dr Olga Martyniuk from the Faculty of Management have actively participated in FaBeRNet's activities since its establishment.

In turn, I treat my participation in the Scientific Council as a distinction and a challenge in the context of my involvement in the dissemination of research results in the field of family entrepreneurship,' says prof. The tasks of FaBeRNet include, among others:
- conducting scientific research in the area of family entrepreneurship (FE)
