Dr Karol Szczodrowski, a member of the Institute of Experimental Physics, became the laureate of this year's edition of the "French Government Scholarship" (Bourse Gouvernement Francais) program for the research stay. In the framework of the scholarship, he spent a month as a visiting professor at the Chemical Institute of Clermont-Ferrand (ICCF) at the University of Clermont Auvergne in France.

The scholarship program is addressed to researchers working in a Polish scientific institution who would like to carry out research in France. The scholarship is addressed to all scientists, and in particular to those who have a PhD degree for less than 10 years.
