Film winter holidays in the House of the Porpoise at the Marine Station UG

The first film screening begins the holidays for children from Hel. Residents and guests were invited to the screening in the Krzysztof Skóra House of the Marine Station UG.

- 'It has already become a tradition that during the winter holidays we organise film screenings for children in Hel,' explains Żanna Sępińska, manager of the Promotion, Tourism and Culture Team at the Town Hall in Hel. - 'The nearest cinema is located several dozen kilometres away from Hel, and not everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of such an attraction, so the cinema comes to the inhabitants,' she adds.

SięZerka - Cinema in Hel is the name of the film screenings. - 'We want to make way for whole families to spend time together in a place that is not within reach,' she explains. The facility belonging to the Marine Station of the University of Gdańsk - the Porpoise House - will be used as a cinema hall. The university has also prepared promotional gadgets for the youngest viewers.

In Hel, the winter holidays can be spent in a sporty way, in the Municipal Sports and Entertainment Hall, where various activities are organised. The school has also prepared several activities for its pupils during the winter break. In addition, the Mayor invites them to film screenings.
