AN ACTIVE SPORTING SPRING? UNIVERSITY OF GDAŃSK INVITES YOU TO EXERCISE ON CAMPUS

Treat yourself to better fitness and wellbeing by joining an outdoor workout together.

Staff at the University's Centre for Physical Education and Sport are encouraging you to join their regular free outdoor sports classes. Fancy stretching, a strengthening workout, or maybe you want to start your running adventure? Just join us!

The classes are free for everyone interested. All you need to bring with you is a gym mat, comfortable clothes and a good mood!

Classes are held according to the schedule:

  • Monday 12.30 - 13.30 - Strengthening training - Anna Soszyńska

  • Wednesday and Thursday 12.00 - 13.00 - How to start your running adventure? - Andrzej Cieplik

dates: May 25 and June 1, 2, 8, 9

  • Friday 11.00 - 12.00 - Stretching / healthy spine - Joanna Kania - Kot

dates: May 20,27, June 3, 10
