Free psychological consultations for students. Registration is ongoing

Faced with today's reality: the COVID-19 pandemic, the war across our eastern border, the daily rush, stress and uncertainty, psychological help has become extremely necessary for many. The Independent Students' Union comes to the rescue! For students in need of support, it is offering free psychological consultations, which will take place remotely via the Microsoft Teams platform.

According to the 2021 report 'Mental Health of Students', conducted by the NZS Analysis Centre, 64% of students believe that access to free psychological support is insufficient.

'In order to help those in need of psychological support, the Independent Students' Union, together with 'The Presja' initiative, are offering free psychological consultations,' - says Jakub Kruszyński, Vice President for Student Affairs of the National Board of the Independent Students' Union. - 'The offer is also aimed at people who do not require immediate help, who can learn how to cope with long-term stress, difficult emotions and pressure during the consultation.'

The consultation that last 50 minutes, launched on October 17, 2022. You can still sign up - to do so, just click on the link: https://nzs.org.pl/konsultacje2022/

It is possible to adjust the day and time of the consultation, as well as the choice of a therapist. Confirmation email will be sent to the email provided during the enrolment process to the participant of the consultation.
