Marek Rutka, PhD, from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, MP for the 9th term of the Polish Parliament, was appointed to the Public Service Council at the Prime Minister's Office. The term of office of the Council lasts 4 years.
From January 1, 2021, The Public Service Council operates in a new composition. The nine-member team includes, among others, Marek Rutka, PhD from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk.
The Council is a consultative and advisory body and its tasks include, among others, expressing opinions on matters relating to the civil service, the draft programme for human resources management in the civil service, the draft budget act in part relating to the civil service and the annual execution of the state budget in this respect. The proposed rate of increase in salaries in the state budget sphere in the field of the civil service, draft normative acts relating to the civil service, the plan for central training in the civil service, the ethics of the civil service corps and the report of the Head of the Civil Service on the state of the civil service and the implementation of its tasks for the previous year.
The term of office of the council members is 4 years.
