Six partners of the European University SEA-EU invite students of the University of Gdansk for a culinary event called SEA-EU 2021 Cooking Experience. The event aims to make young scientists interested in the diversity of European food and make them aware of how what we eat affects our health, economy and environment.

Local competitions will be held at each partner university to select the best recipes reflecting local cuisine and the event’s slogan - "Being a European student also goes through your plate!". If you are creative in the kitchen, want to learn the secrets of European culinary art and care about the planet then we encourage you to enter the competition.

The SEA-EU 2021 Cooking Experience event is open to all students of the University of Gdansk. The prize for the winning recipe in a given category is a cast iron frying pan together with a wooden stand for the eco-cook!

Entries can be submitted between now and March 31 via the form on MS Teams.

The culmination of the event will be the European Culinary Festival. In late April and early May, one day will be devoted to a different national cuisine. The SEA-EU website will showcase the winning recipes from that country, and the entire SEA-EU will unite in a common European cooking experience.
