Who is favoured by luck in business? How do you manage your personal finances? How to create a good advertising campaign? These and many other questions will be answered during open lectures organised by the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk. The event is being held as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

On November 13-19, 2023, The Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk invites you to participate in numerous workshops and open lectures during the Global Entrepreneurship Week. It aims to create a social environment that actively supports entrepreneurial attitudes and initiatives of young people.

'This year, for the first time, we are participating in the organisation of World Entrepreneurship Week as a partner. As part of this initiative, lecturers and students organise activities for those interested in deepening their knowledge and improving their entrepreneurial skills. The activities on offer are aimed at primary and secondary school students as well as adults. Everyone will find something for themselves, as we have been able to prepare classes in areas such as quality management, marketing, accounting, finance or the basics of entrepreneurship and organisational management,' says dr inż. Ewa Malinowska, organiser of the Global Entrepreneurship Week at the Faculty of Management.

Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is an international project promoting conscious development, an active attitude towards life and taking business initiatives. It has been organised since 2008, in 180 countries around the world. Every November, organisations, institutions and companies that care about fostering entrepreneurship organise free training courses, workshops, debates and competitions to help people gain knowledge on starting and growing their own businesses, networking, developing start-ups, re-entering the labour market, negotiating with an employer, building their own brand and much more.
