Continuous selection of projects for the programme Innovation Incubator 4.0 is launched

As part of its activities aimed at the commercialisation of research results, the UG Technology Transfer Centre announces a competition for co-financing of pre-implementation work on innovations developed by UG research teams.

As part of the competition, projects will be selected to receive funding for activities related to the implementation of the commercialisation process and having an impact on its success, including research and development work aimed at increasing the level of innovation readiness for commercialisation.

The programme will support the commercialisation of projects submitted to CTT UG and results of research works whose authors are employees of the University of Gdańsk, and the industrial property right belongs to the University. You can apply for funding up to a maximum of PLN 100 thousand per project.

Funds can be used to carry out additional pre-implementation work to increase the degree of readiness for implementation of the proposed solutions, including the purchase of materials and raw materials, research services, expert opinions, analyses and reports necessary for the proper implementation of the project, costs associated with patent protection.

The call for proposals is continuous until further notice.

Due to the epidemiological situation related to COVID 19 pandemic, project applications with the attachments indicated should be submitted only by e-mail to two addresses: katarzyna.gronowska@ug.edu.pl and biuro@ctt.ug.edu.pl with a note in the e-mail subject line "Call for proposals within the program Inkubator Innowacyjności 4.0".

In accordance with the programme requirements, the decision to grant funds for the implementation of pre-implementation works will be approved by the Investment Committee of the programme 'Inkubator Innowacyjności 4.0' consisting of representatives of business circles and investment funds.

The funds come from the non-competitive project "Support for management of scientific research and commercialisation of the results of R&D works in scientific entities and enterprises", implemented under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020 (Task 4.4).
