Droga Studentko / Drogi Studencie,
od 4 maja 2026 r. w systemie eUczelnia uruchamiamy elektroniczne karty obiegowe (eKarty obiegowe), które będą obowiązywać w procesie dyplomowania.
eKarta obiegowa zostaje aktywowana przez pracownika Dziekanatu, a następnie automatycznie trafia do wszystkich jednostek ujętych w obiegu dla danego kierunku studiów.
Nie musisz jej drukować ani przekazywać samodzielnie między jednostkami – wszystko odbywa się elektronicznie w systemie eUczelnia.
eKartę obiegową podpisują m.in.:
- Biblioteka Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego,
- Dział Domów Studenckich i Hoteli Asystenckich,
- Biuro Karier,
a także – w zależności od wymagań danego wydziału – inne jednostki wskazane w obiegu karty.
Ważne: aby uzyskać podpis danej jednostki, konieczne jest wcześniejsze rozliczenie się z tą jednostką.
Oznacza to m.in., że:
- w przypadku Biblioteki Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego warunkiem uzyskania podpisu jest np. uregulowanie należności;
- w przypadku zamieszkiwania w domu studenckim należy rozliczyć się z Działem Domów Studenckich i Hoteli Asystenckich;
- w przypadku Biura Karier konieczne jest wcześniejsze wypełnienie Karty Informacyjnej Absolwenta.
Kartę Informacyjną Absolwenta znajdziesz w systemie eUczelnia w zakładce „Dokumenty”.
W formularzu tym możesz m.in. wyrazić (lub nie) zgodę na udział w badaniu losów zawodowych absolwentów Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego.
Zachęcamy do udziału w badaniu – po wyrażeniu zgody i uzyskaniu statusu absolwenta otrzymasz ankietę, a Twoje odpowiedzi pomogą nam:
- lepiej dopasować programy studiów do realiów rynku pracy,
- uwzględniać potrzeby przyszłych studentów,
- rozwijać Uniwersytet Gdański i podnosić jakość kształcenia.
Uzyskanie wszystkich wymaganych podpisów na eKarcie obiegowej jest jednym z warunków dopuszczenia do egzaminu dyplomowego
Gdzie sprawdzisz status eKarty?
- na stronie startowej eUczelni, w podsumowaniu w sekcji „Płatności i obiegówki”,
- w zakładce Studia → eKarta Obiegowa, gdzie sprawdzisz szczegóły, w tym listę jednostek oraz uzyskane podpisy.
Warto tam regularnie zaglądać, ponieważ w przypadku problemów z rozliczeniem pracownik jednostki może dodać komentarz (np. informację o brakującym dokumencie, konieczności kontaktu lub innym kroku do wykonania).
Dzięki temu od razu będziesz wiedzieć, co jeszcze trzeba załatwić i możesz uniknąć opóźnień w procesie dyplomowania.
Uwaga: zakładka eKarta Obiegowa pojawi się dopiero w momencie, gdy eKarta zostanie aktywowana na pierwszym kierunku, na którym rozpocznie się proces dyplomowania.
Ważne informacje dotyczące zasad dyplomowania, w tym również eKarty obiegowej, dostępne są na wydziałowych stronach internetowych. Zachęcamy do zapoznania się z komunikatami publikowanymi przez właściwe wydziały.
Zaglądaj regularnie do systemu eUczelnia, sprawdzaj status swojej eKarty i reaguj na ewentualne komentarze – to najlepszy sposób, aby sprawnie przejść przez ostatni etap studiów i bez problemów dotrzeć do egzaminu dyplomowego.

Dear Student,
From 4 May 2026, we are launching electronic circulation forms (eCirculation Forms/eKarty Obiegowe) in the eUczelnia system, which will be used in the degree certification process.
The eCirculation Form is activated by a member of staff at the Dean’s Office and is then automatically sent to all units included in the circulation process for the relevant degree programme.
You do not need to print it or pass it between units yourself – everything is done electronically via the eUczelnia system.
The eCirculation Form is signed by, among others:
- UG Library,
- Department of Student and Staff Residences,
- University of Gdańsk Career Office,
- and also – depending on the requirements of the relevant faculty – other units specified in the form’s circulation.
Important: to obtain a signature from a given unit, it is necessary to have settled any outstanding matters with that unit beforehand.
This means, among other things, that:
- in the case of the UG Library, a prerequisite for obtaining a signature is e.g. settling any outstanding payments;
- in the case of residing in a student hall of residence, you must settle your accounts with the Department of Student and Staff Residences;
- in the case of the University of Gdańsk Admissions Office, it is necessary to complete the Graduate Information Form in advance.
You can find the Graduate Information Form in the eUczelnia system under the ‘Documents’ tab.
In this form, you can, among other things, give (or withhold) your consent to participate in the survey on the career paths of University of Gdańsk graduates.
We encourage you to take part in the survey – once you have given your consent and obtained graduate status, you will receive a questionnaire, and your answers will help us:
- better tailor study programmes to the realities of the labour market,
- take into account the needs of future students,
- develop the University of Gdańsk and improve the quality of education.
Obtaining all the required signatures on the eCirculation Form is one of the conditions for admission to the final examination
Where can you check the status of your eForm?
- on the eUczelnia homepage, in the summary under the ‘Payments and Circulation Forms’ section,
- in the Studies → eCirculation Form tab, where you can view details, including a list of departments and the signatures obtained.
It is worth checking this regularly, as in the event of issues with the clearance process, a member of staff from the unit may add a comment (e.g. information about a missing document, the need to contact them, or another step to be taken).
This way, you will know immediately what else needs to be done and can avoid delays in the graduation process.
Note: the eCirculation Form tab will only appear once the eKarta has been activated for the first degree programme in which the graduation process begins.
Important information regarding graduation procedures, including the eCirculation Form, is available on the faculty websites. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the announcements published by the relevant faculties.
Check the eUczelnia system regularly, monitor the status of your eForm and respond to any comments – this is the best way to smoothly navigate the final stage of your studies and reach your final examination without any issues.
