1. Jak złożyć wniosek o wydanie Elektronicznej Legitymacji Studenckiej (karta plastikowa)?
Zaloguj się na eUczelnia, przejdź do zakładki Dokumenty -> Złóż wniosek, wybierz główny (macierzysty) kurs, a następnie z listy wniosków Rodzaj wniosku: Wydanie ELS/ELD lub Wydanie ELS/ELD ze zmianą danych osobowych.
Status złożonego wniosku sprawdzisz w zakładce Dokumenty -> Wnioski.
How to submit an application for an electronic student ID "ELS" (Plastic Card)?
Log in to eUczelnia, go to the Documents tab -> Submit an application, select your main (parent) course, and then from the list of applications Application type: ELS/ELD emission or ELS/ELD Issue with change of personal data.
You can check the status of your submitted application in the Documents -> Applications tab.
2. Jak złożyć wniosek o mLegitymację?
Wniosek o mLegitymację złożysz w systemie eUczelnia w aplikacji STUDENT (Zakładka Dokumenty -> mLegitymacja).
Pamiętaj, że warunkiem niezbędnym do uzyskania kodu QR jest odebranie i przedłużenie plastikowej ELS (Elektronicznej Legitymacji Studenckiej).
How to apply for mLEGITYMACJA?
You will submit the application for mLegitymacja in the eUczelnia system in the STUDENT application (Documents tab -> mLegitymacja).
3. Jak uzyskać adres e-mail uczelniany studenta (Office 365)?
Zaloguj się na Portal Studenta, przejdź do zakładki Office365, zapoznaj się z Regulaminem Usługi MS Office 365.

4. Czym jest kurs?
Kursem może być kierunek/specjalność/specjalizacja, na którym/której studiujesz.
What is a course?
A course is a field of study (for example: Biology), speciality or specialization which you are studying.
5. Czym jest kurs macierzysty?
Przez kurs macierzysty należy rozumieć główny kurs spośród kierunków, na którym studiujesz.
Obsługa kursu macierzystego została wdrożona wraz z nowym systemem, dlatego jeżeli masz wątpliwości, który kurs w systemie eUczelnia jest Twoim macierzystym, skontaktuj się z Dziekanatem.
What is parent (or home) course?
This is the main course of all the fields you are study. Home course support has been implemented with the new system, so if you have any doubts which course in the eUczelnia system is your home course, please contact the Dean's Office.

Both documents are submitted on the Students Portal.
8. Jak mogę skontaktować się nauczycielem?
Z nauczycielem skontaktuj się za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej. Pamiętaj, aby kontaktować się przy wykorzystaniu poczty uczelnianej (Office 365).

Contact the teacher via e-mail. Remember to contact us via university email (Office 365).
